This app does not ask you to create an account, and iTH Studio does not run any server that stores your files or activity. What follows explains the small amount of data that is handled, and by whom.
Audio files you save, playlists you build, playback position and app settings are written to your phone's storage and stay there. They are not uploaded anywhere, and the developer has no way to see them.
Removing this data is entirely under your control: delete individual files from within the app, or clear the app's storage in Android settings. Uninstalling the app removes everything it created, apart from files you deliberately saved to a shared folder such as Downloads or Music.
The app is free and is funded by advertising through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google collects device-level information such as your advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, device model, operating system version and interactions with the ads themselves. This happens inside Google's advertising system, not on any server belonging to iTH Studio.
How Google uses that data is described in the Google privacy and terms pages. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android settings, under Privacy and then Ads.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows a consent form the first time you open it, asking whether personalised advertising is allowed. You can reopen that form later from the app's settings and change your answer.
The app does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, call logs or messages.
Google Play collects anonymous crash and performance reports from apps distributed through the Play Store and shows them to developers in aggregate. These reports contain device and stack trace information, not personal content. This behaviour is part of Google Play rather than something the app adds.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, write to the address below and it will be removed.
The app is a general-purpose tool. You are responsible for making sure that any audio you save with it is content you have the right to download, and for complying with the terms of the services you obtain it from.
Because no personal data is held on any server run by iTH Studio, there is no account to access, correct or export. Rights under the GDPR, the CCPA and similar laws that relate to advertising data should be directed to Google, which acts as the controller for that data. You can restrict what is collected by resetting your advertising ID, withdrawing consent in the app, or uninstalling the app.
If the app starts handling data differently, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
